As the graph shows, activity has continually increased in the Trivalley for real estate sales in 2008. A combination of attractive pricing and increased rent has brought back many of the buyers. The entry level market has certainly heated up and with time this will eventually lead to the mid range and higher priced homes to follow. Whether we are–at the bottom, several months away from it or just passing it–buyer confidence in the market is back and homes are selling. Looks like the crowded post office in Dublin on Village Parkway won’t be getting any better for now. Mailing a package during your lunch hour can be a real chore if you are attempting to use the only post office in the city of Dublin.
The Dublin post office which looks rather old and small, is just that. The post office hasn’t changed since the city of Dublin first incorporated in 1982. Continue Reading

The city of Dublin, Ca is getting ready to host their 25th Annual St. Patrick’s Day festival this Saturday and Sunday (03/15 and 03/16). The day will be filled with live acts of music, arts and crafts booths and a wide array of international foods. The event will be in the heart of Dublin, Ca at 100 Civic Plaza and will run from 10AM to 5 PM on both days.
In addition to the Festival and Parade, the Alameda County Firefighters are hosting a pancake breakfast feed on Saturday morning from 7AM to 10AM. And to work off all the food, feel free to take part in the Shamrock 5K Fun Run and Walk on the following Sunday. Continue Reading
